Surface Treatment

Process 

  • Forging: The hook body is processed by forging, ensuring high strength.
  • Metal Fabrication: The base plate is processed by stamping; it’s efficient and cost-saving.
  • Welding: The nut is welded to the base plate by resistance welding.

Inspection

Load is critical; the SMFL(Fx) 24.6KN and SMFL(Fy) 19.5KN are required. The specified minimum failure load (SMFL) is the minimum load at which no mechanical failure occurs. The maximum change for dimensions 1 and 2 after 60 seconds of loading release is 2 m.
