The heavy-duty threaded eye hook ENZE2416.12 is made of steel, grade S355JO(EN10025-2). The material is high-strength, easy to forge, and can bear heavy loads.

Surface Treatment

Surface treatment: Hot dip galvanized IS01461, free from sharp burrs, zinc drips, or spikes, and durable in harsh environments.

Process

Mechanical Specification

The load is critical; the SMFL(Fx) 5.3 KN and SMFL(Fy) 2 KN are required. The specified minimum failure load (SMFL) is the minimum load at which no mechanical failure occurs. The maximum change for dimensions 1 and 2 after 60 seconds of loading release is 2 m.
