Material

The heavy-duty threaded J hook ENZE241.1 is made of steel, grade S355JO(EN10025-2). The material is high-strength, easy to forge, and can bear heavy loads.

Surface Treatment

Surface treatment: Hot dip galvanized IS01461, free from sharp burrs, zinc drips, or spikes, and durable in harsh environments.

Process

  • Threading: Metal threading guarantees that the threaded eye hooks function correctly and operate efficiently.

Mechanical Specification

The load is critical; the SMFL(Fx) 16.6 KN and SMFL(Fy) 12.9 KN are required. The specified minimum failure load (SMFL) is the minimum load at which no mechanical failure occurs. The maximum change for dimensions 1 and 2 after 60 seconds of loading release is 2 m.
