Material

The heavy-duty threaded hook Hook ENZE2416.10 is made of material steel, grade S355JO(EN10025-2). The material is high strength and easy to forge, capable of loading.

Surface Treatment

Surface treatment is Hot dip galvanized IS01461. Without Sharp burrs, zinc drips or spikes. It’s durable in harsh environments.

Process 

  • Forging: The hook body is processed by forging, ensuring high strength.
  • Threading: Metal threading ensures the threaded eye hooks work properly and easily operate.

Mechanical Specification

Load is critical; the SMFL(Fx) 8.8KN and SMFL(Fy) 6.6KN are required. The specified minimum failure load (SMFL) is the minimum load at which no mechanical failure occurs. The maximum change for dimensions 1 and 2 after 60 seconds of loading release is 2 m.
